The iTAH is a newly created Senior Director role, established to provide the overarching TA strategic leadership that the Global & Local Operating Model demands. This role was created because the G&L Operating Model has raised the bar for what International Medical must deliver — and the organization is committed to building the structure to match that ambition. For the right leader, it is a role that changes the trajectory of a career — and of patient outcomes across International Markets.
We hire for skills and capabilities, not just credentials – if this role excites you, but doesn’t perfectly match your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
