Q3. Does a total NZD package of $135.6K get you started, knowing you can earn up to 5 x $45K in OTE on top?
- YES - Your secured package is base $78.3K, plus KiwiSaver $2.7K, plus $9.1K car allowance, plus $45.4K OTE (all NZD). Hit your targets and you take home $135.6K. Top performers go further, earning up to 5 x $45K in OTE in a single calendar year.
- NO - If you need a higher guaranteed base to commit, we understand. This role is designed for someone who sees $135.6K as the floor and backs themselves to go well beyond it.

THE ROLE
This is a field-based account management role with real commercial teeth. You will inherit a portfolio of 150+ SMB clients across Christchurch NZ and your job is to grow it, retain it and deliver genuine results through tailored digital marketing solutions.
You will be out visiting clients face-to-face every day, presenting SEO, AEO, SEM and social solutions that solve real problems for real businesses. You will spot upsell opportunities, close them naturally and build the kind of trusted relationships that mean clients do not go anywhere.
Digital marketing is not a bonus here. It is the job. You need to know SEO, AEO, SEM and social well enough to have a genuine, credible conversation with a business owner about what is working and what is not.
The targets are real and attainable. Your first three months come with a guaranteed 50% OTE so you can build relationships and momentum without financial pressure. Hit your targets and you take home $135.2K. Top performers earn up to 5 x $42K in OTE in a single calendar year.
