Qualifications
This Role Might Be Right If You:

Have 3+ years of food service, hospitality, or retail experience

Have managed teams of 10+ in a fast-paced environment

Know how to train, develop, and support people with care and clarity

Love building team culture and delivering excellent guest experiences

Are ready to own both the people and operational sides of a shop

Are 18+ and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Wage Transparency

The hourly rate range listed for General Manager roles in this area is $30.06-$36.74 per hour, which reflects the full earning potential across all shops within this district.
