Job Overview
We’re looking for a SaaS Account Executive to drive new business across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg for efficy CRM. You’ll hunt new logos from first contact to signature, while looking after a small portfolio of existing mid-market clients.
You’ll engage senior decision-makers, including C-level executives, and work with Presales, Security, Customer Success and Projects to build proposals that win.

Key responsibilities
- Pipeline generation: build a healthy, self-generated pipeline through outbound outreach, networking and market mapping across the Benelux (you’re always happy to meet prospects face to face)
- Lead qualification: qualify inbound and outbound leads and turn them into active opportunities
- Demos: run tailored product demonstrations, remotely and on-site, in the prospect’s language
- Stakeholders: engage decision-makers up to C-level and build a business case for each
- Closing: negotiate commercial terms and close contracts in line with pricing and margin guidelines
- Key accounts: grow a small portfolio of mid-market clients through upsell, cross-sell and renewals
- Collaboration: team up with Presales, Security, Customer Success and Projects on winning proposals
Who you are
- Experience: proven new business track record, ideally in SaaS or B2B software, running full sales cycles on your own
- Drive: you keep prospecting through rejection and hit your targets without being chased
- Seniority: you’re confident with senior stakeholders and C-level contacts
- Skills: comfortable with CRM and sales outreach tools; experience selling CRM, MarTech or enterprise software, and managing an account portfolio alongside new business, is a plus
- Language proficiency: full fluency in Dutch & English
- French is a plus
- Hybrid policy: you can come to the Brussels office 3 days a week
